Privacy Policy

Who we are

FinLink (“FinLink”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at finlink.ag. We are building a financial platform that lets AI agents act on your behalf via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST APIs.

This Policy describes the information we collect from visitors and waitlist signups during the pre-launch phase. We have not yet launched the live product and do not currently connect to your bank or hold your bank credentials. When that changes, this Policy will be updated and we will notify waitlist members before any new data is collected from them.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect and store in our database:

• Your email address — what you typed into the form.
• A “source” tag (optional) — which page or link brought you to the form, used to understand which campaigns work.
• Your IP address and country — derived from the network request, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
• Your browser’s User-Agent string — to debug rendering issues and identify bot traffic.
• The time of signup.

When you simply browse the site, your web request goes through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) which may log standard request metadata such as IP, URL, referrer, and User-Agent for security and reliability purposes.

We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or session replay on this site.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Notify you when FinLink is ready for early access.
• Send you product updates that are directly relevant to the waitlist.
• Prevent abuse (rate-limit signups, block obvious bots).
• Understand which channels bring people to the site, in aggregate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

• Waitlist records (email, source, IP, country, User-Agent, signup time) are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in Cloudflare’s network.
• Site traffic is served from Cloudflare’s global edge network.
• Notification email about new signups is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a single internal inbox.

We retain waitlist records until you ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist program ends and we no longer need the record to invite you.

Your choices

You can email us at hello@finlink.ag to:

• Get a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct your email address.
• Delete your waitlist record.
• Unsubscribe from waitlist updates.

We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection); the email above is also the contact for those requests.

Children

FinLink is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@finlink.ag and we will delete the record.

Changes

We may update this Policy as the product evolves — especially when we begin connecting to bank data. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
