1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at finlink.ag and the FinLink waitlist (“Service”). The Service is operated by FinLink (“FinLink”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service today

FinLink is a financial platform under development. Today the Service consists of:

• An informational website describing the planned product.
• A waitlist form where you can submit your email to be notified at launch.

The live product is not yet available. No bank accounts are connected, no transactions occur, and no financial advice is provided through the Service in its current form. References on the website to product features describe planned functionality, not currently available functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that the email address you submit belongs to you and that you are providing accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to submit the waitlist form, scrape the site at volume, or circumvent rate limits.
• Submit email addresses that are not your own.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

We may remove waitlist records or block access for any user who violates this section, with or without notice.

5. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us related to the waitlist program — typically launch notifications and material product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@finlink.ag.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the FinLink name and logo are owned by FinLink. These Terms do not grant you any license to use our trademarks or copyrighted material outside of normal browsing of the site.

7. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any examples of agent behavior shown on the site are illustrative of the planned product, not personalized recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. If the changes are material — for example, when the live product launches — we will notify waitlist members by email before the new Terms take effect.

11. Termination

You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@finlink.ag. We may discontinue the waitlist program or the Service at any time, in which case we will delete waitlist records that are no longer needed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FinLink is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by mandatory local law.
